5 soldiers collapse outside St Paul’s Cathedral as Royal Family arrive







Five soldiers have collapsed on the steps outside St Paul's Cathedral during the Queen's Jubilee National Service of Thanksgiving. Among those who collapsed was a member of the Royal Air Force (RAF), who was part of the military guard of honour lining the steps to St Paul's.


Four more military personnel perished in the heat as crowds cheered them back to their feet. A stretcher was even brought out for one RAF soldier who appeared to have collapsed just as Foreign Secretary Liz Truss was about to climb the steps into the church for the service.


"A soldier has just keeled over, received medical attention, and is now back on his feet with a cheer," one onlooker tweeted from Central London. It's unclear why he collapsed ahead of the service. A Ceremonial Guard was also taken ill and collapsed, followed by three more..  SOURCE

Authorities on the Gulf Coast of Mexico said seven men’s bodies were found  dumped  on a roadway in the Huasteca region, according to an Associated Press report. The Taliban orders all Afghan women to cover their faces in public

This means that women will no longer be able to show their faces in public.
